A Mia Bella’s Candles Catalog Fundraiser is for you if you have volunteers or other participants that can get orders using our Catalog order form. The catalog order form contains the 15 top selling Mia Bella’s Candles fragrances. The fundraising candles are only available in the Classic 16-ounce jars.
Getting Started with a Mia Bella's Candles Catalog Fundraiser
Your group or organization will be provided the catalog order forms free of charge. At your fundraiser kickoff, you will distribute the Catalogs to each of your participants. Your participants will then use the catalogs to take orders. Your participants will collect payment upfront when candles are ordered.
For convenience, the catalog does not include pricing. This allows you to price the candles. I will help you determine your retail price based on your location, specific fundraising goal and number of participants. You will get $8 profit per candles. Have a look at some potential profit examples:
At the end of your candle fundraiser, the money and orders from each participant will be turned in to you. Your group or organization will keep your profit and submit the order with payment to me for the candles with the remaining funds. You can expect your candles to be delivered for distribution in approximately 2 weeks.
What to do when your fundraising candles arrive
When your fundraiser candles arrive, you will distribute them to your participants to deliver to those who placed orders with them. You are encouraged to include a thank you note to show your appreciation of support to your fundraiser.
